Customers have this misconception that because we facilitate Bank transfers, that our client support would reflect that of a Banks. Almost all customers that use our support team, are then surprised to find that we will answer your call within 3 rings, we will assist in every step of the account opening process and if you already have an account, that no raised query will go unanswered. My tip is to encourage our customers to use our support team no matter how small the query may be. We are here to make your experience with us pleasant and stress free.

They say it’s a headache having to constantly keep an eye on where the rate has moved and the biggest disappointment comes from customers who missed out when the rate was high. My tip is you should either place an order to buy at the rate you want or at the very least setup a rate alert so you can be notified when your desired rate has been reached.
